Q: How much is shipping?
A: $39.95 for FedEx Priority Overnight.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, all orders of 250.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Q: Does my package have to be signed for?
A: No, the package does not have to be signed for.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the delicate nature of live coral we do not accept returns.

Q: When will my coral ship?
A: We ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week. By default we will ship your
coral on the first shipping day after your order has been placed.
If you would like a certain shipping day please let us know in the comment box at check out.

Q: Will you send a tracking number?
A: Yes, you will receive a tracking number the day of shipping.

Q: Can I add to my order?
A: Absolutely, just choose add to order when checking out so you are not charged again for shipping.

Q: Do you ship to other countries?
A: Due to local and federal laws we only ship within the USA

Q: What size is the coral?
A: The crate the coral is photographed on is 3/8" square. This allows for an 
an accurate judgement in size.

Q: Do you use heat or cold packs when shipping?
A: Yes, we will use them anytime needed at no additional charge.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes as long as it has not shipped. If it has shipped all sales are final. If it has not shipped
there is a 25% restocking fee.

Q: I received a dead coral, what should I do?
A: Within 2 hours of the coral being delivered please email a clear photo of the dead coral still
in the sealed bag to Sales@ReefPets.com. We will include the policy with every package.
